Brother Printer error TS-02 occurs because your printer cannot detect the wireless access point/router. You can follow these steps to fix this error on your Brother Printer:
• Connect to the net with a built-in wireless LAN and check the WLAN access
• Shift the printer to a place close to the WLAN access point/router
• Verify that the temporary location is within 1 m or 3.3 ft. from the WLAN access point
• Ensure the MAC address of your Brother printer is allowed in the filter
• Manually enter the SSID and security information
• Set the access point/router to 2.4 GHz
