Hi,
I have an issue with one of my favorite HVAC manufactures, Goodman/Janatrol (in my opinion they suck more than the central vacuum system).I have a heat pump that has power supplied from a 30 amp breaker on the exterior main electrical panel. It is supplied on a four wire cable (white red black and copper). The White cable is attached to the neutral buss bar and the main panel and terminated with a wire nut in the disconnect at the unit. They are using a 14 gauge copper wire from the disconnect to the unit (through Liquidtight) for grounding/bonding. This Grounding is insufficient for protection against ground fault?
Please help.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
