FlevolandWoods Tournament October 13 &14

Above 32 teams 2 days

Pre-registration fee 150 euro per team
This includes:1 box of paint en 40X air or CO2 per Team.
Individual costs 35 euro
This is for every game you play 100 balls en you get 7 x air or CO2 to fill up.
Individuals will be put together on the camp.

If you want more paint you will have to pay for yourself 1 box costs Ђ50,00 .
Playing with your own paint is forbidden. It will lead to disqualification of the whole team you are playing for.
Before you enter the field, you will be checked for which paint you have in your hopper and your pods.
You are free to shoot with your own paint only at the practice track.

On the playing day you can also register, registration fee 200 euro per team.
You will get 1 box of paint ,but no air or CO2, you will have to pay for yourself, individuals pay Ђ. 50,00
You will get 100 paintballs once, additional paint you will have to pay for yourself, just like air or CO2.

There will be played on Sunday October 14.
If there are more than 32 teams there will be played on to days, October 13 and 14.

Registration is completed when the registration fee is paid fully.
If the Pre-registration fee hasn’t been received and you are on the camp, you will have to pay the registration fee for that day, Ђ 200,- en the extra supply will be cancelled.

If the Pre-registration fee has been received and you don’t show up, there will be no refund, to keep the price up high for which we play.
There will be played on 3 fields.

Pre-registration end on September 24 and there is a max of 64 teams and a minimum of 24 teams. At least 5 and max 6 players per team.

Start

9.00 Field open
9.30 Team leaders meeting
10.00 Start of competition
21.00 estimated ending.

Every 20 minutes a game will start.
The teams that have to play must be ready at the starting position.
The referee located there will check your weapon. If your weapon is set to hard, you will have time until the game starts to readjust.
If the start signal sounds and the team is not complete, the missing player will be count as eliminated.

Referees per team
-1 referee checks the hoppers and if the barrel sock is placed and keeps score. He does not enter the field.
-1 referee puts away the communication equipment and the hand chronometer, he enters the field
-1 referee makes sure that all referees wear the red vests en takes along to the starting position and starts there at the signal of the game leader. He enters the field.
-1 referee makes sure that the team is ready on time. He enters the field.

Air supplied free of charge by the organisation.

Markers
All markers are allowed.
No harder than 300 Fps.
Markers and equipment can be rented at Paintball.

Uniform
Free.
No clothing on which the balls don’t break
Not to many layers of fabric.
This will be checked by the game leaders

Team composition
A playing team must have 5 players.
Playing with less players is allowed
Every team must have a team leader, who is known by the organisation.
The team leader is responsible for the safety of the team.

Overall rules
De marshals will be assigned by the organisation. Only the gameleader kan abort the game. The game leader will judge over protests along with the assistant game leader.

When entering the playing field one must be free of hits. One can’t have a hit from a previous game. Every team which uses an intercom must give the frequency before the start of the game, in the tent the communication will be followed by a marshal who can establish possible violations en report them to the head marshal.

In case of a violation of the rules the marshals will deliberate if the violation is severe enough to disqualify the player or even a whole team whereby the team loses the game.
When in the playing field a barrel plug is required.
If a player has been disqualified he/she may not be replaced.

Fair play
When played unfair one will be disqualified from the game or the tournament.
for example:
- Wiping away hits
- continue playing after a hit
- If, when checked during o rafter the game, your marker is set above 300 Fps.
- If one does not act as a marshal should, when assigned to.
- If one does not fired upon the trees when there are still balls left in the hopper at the end of the game.

Protest
Protest scan only be made in writing at the head referee with a payment of Ђ 40,- in cash. If the protest is adjudged the Ђ 40,- will be paid back

Game rules

The flag may be past through, Waving, for example to let people know where you are, is not allowed (confusion with hit).
Illegal hit: Hit by a opponent who is hit first
Everything is a hit, weapon included.
When one is hit, one may only tell that and no info which can be a disadvantage for the opponent
When one is hit: call “hit” and walk to the safety zone with the hand in the air, without giving any directions to the remaining team members

The game
Time :15 minutes.
Paint :Unlimited, but only in the camp available paint
Goal :Eliminate as many opponents as possible.
Game :Last men. Flag in the middle
Hit: :Everything is a hit including markers and weapon

Sore
Every eliminated player is 1 point.
The team which gets the flag at the end of the game receives 1 point. Is the flag at the end at the startposition: 2 points
Location:Paintball Flevoland in Almere trekweg next to the canal, not Gladiator sports.

At the beginning of the tournament will be announced officially what the price money will be, this depends on the sponsors.
