Men with erectile dysfunction (ED) can take a medicine called fildena. Sildenafil citrate, the active component of Fildena, is a member of the group of drugs known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5) inhibitors. More blood can enter the penis because of the relaxation of the smooth muscles in the penile blood arteries brought on by elevated cGMP levels. A result of this increased blood flow is an erection. Fildena is taken once a day, approximately half an hour before having sex. This medication takes four to six hours to take effect. Back pain, nausea, stuffy nose, headaches, blurred vision, and flushing in the face, neck, or chest are some of the
fildena side effects. One pill can be taken with or without food and water, however, taking Fildena with meals can help lessen symptoms like dyspepsia and nausea.
